5 large marshmallows
1⁄4 cup sugar
1⁄4 cup water
1⁄2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup brewed espresso
3 cups steamed milk
1 cup marshmallow fluff
Caramel sauce, to garnish
Ground cinnamon, to garnish
- Place marshmallows on skewer; carefully
toast on gas stove or with kitchen torch or
lighter. - In small saucepan over medium heat, add
sugar and water. Stir until sugar is dissolved.
Whisk in toasted marshmallows until melted.
Remove from heat; stir in vanilla extract.
Strain into bowl. - Divide espresso and marshmallow syrup
evenly into four mugs. Top each with steamed
milk and a large dollop of marshmallow fluff.
Toast marshmallow fluff with kitchen torch or
lighter. - Garnish with drizzle of caramel sauce and
sprinkle of cinnamon. Refrigerate leftovers
