Marshmallow Latte

    5 large marshmallows
    1⁄4 cup sugar
    1⁄4 cup water
    1⁄2 teaspoon vanilla extract
    1 cup brewed espresso
    3 cups steamed milk
    1 cup marshmallow fluff
    Caramel sauce, to garnish
    Ground cinnamon, to garnish

    1. Place marshmallows on skewer; carefully
      toast on gas stove or with kitchen torch or
      lighter.
    2. In small saucepan over medium heat, add
      sugar and water. Stir until sugar is dissolved.
      Whisk in toasted marshmallows until melted.
      Remove from heat; stir in vanilla extract.
      Strain into bowl.
    3. Divide espresso and marshmallow syrup
      evenly into four mugs. Top each with steamed
      milk and a large dollop of marshmallow fluff.
      Toast marshmallow fluff with kitchen torch or
      lighter.
    4. Garnish with drizzle of caramel sauce and
      sprinkle of cinnamon. Refrigerate leftovers
